Survivor's form

We, the committee for Relay For Life Wexford would like to extend a warm welcome to all our new and returning survivors for our 2024 event. 

We are committed to preserving the environment for current and future generations, and would ask participants to re-use t-shirts from previous Relay for Life events, where possible, to reduce waste.

In the instance that we are able to provide Survivor t-shirts, they will be available to collect at a later date. If you would be interested in collecting an Survivor t-shirt, please select your size below.
