My Relay for Life event

I’m raising funds to support cancer patients and their families across Ireland. You can show your support too, by making a donation to my page today.

This year I'm taking part in the Clare event at Tim Smythe Park, Lifford, Ennis. An amazing community event that will take place over 24 hours.

Why I Relay

BECAUSE Cancer has deprived my kids of experiencing the warm embraces, wise words, encouragement, stories and unconditional love of TWO grandparents.

BECAUSE Amidst the pain, there is hope. The people who walked before us did all they could to help make advancements in treatments. These advancements mean my kids can enjoy spending time with TWO wonderful grandparents who have bravely battled Cancer. This is something to celebrate!

BECAUSE My mother was strong, determined and was a force to be reckoned with if she felt someone was being wronged or anyone in her family was struggling. I hope by volunteering with Relay I show my kids that they can make a difference.

BECAUSE of the countless friends, extended family and neighbours that have been touched by Cancer. Community is our strength and by coming together to celebrate, remember and fight back we support those around us in their journey.
