Join my Team Muff Mavericks in raising some funds for Irish Cancer Society
I'm sure that like all of you reading this cancer has affected you in one way or another. Be that personally, family, friends, colleagues, people in your parish, townland, estate or village. It touches us all in one way or another.
We've all shared experiences when it comes to this disease and each us reading this knows of others that have passed while people near and dear to us are battling their own battles.
I'm inviting others, friends, family and my wider community here in Muff to come along to Relay for Life during 24hr period from 4pm on Saturday the 25th of May to 4pm on Sunday the 26th of May 2024 at ATU, Letterkenny. Perhaps you can spare a little time and take a walk with others with their own experiences to keep this relay running for this 24hr period.
Funds raised from this event will support vital support services for people living with cancer. These much needed funds will help the Irish Cancer Society continue to provide Night Nurses, Volunteer Drivers, a freephone Support line, counselling sessions, fund life changing research & much more.
Your help, will help to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families, together we can ensure that no-one has to go through their cancer journey alone.
